This tea is shaken or whisked to incorporate, it takes less than a minute to incorporate. Use about 1 teaspoon for about ¼ cup of water. Sift the powder into a bowl and add water. Use a bamboo whisk to incorporate into a frothy brew or add sifted powder and water to a mason jar and shake. Matcha is a strong, concentrated cup of tea because the entire leaf is ground into a powder and whisked into a tea. You can dilute with milk for a latte and also add sweetener to taste.
